The foundation of our QMS is a quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) manual that determines project scope, lays out a schedule, and details both a Project Execution Plan (PEP) and Safety Execution Plan (SEP). The end result is a consolidated project completion report that includes all quality control documents, red line drawings, final electrical inspection and project completion documents to ensure our clients are completely satisfied with the quality of their projects.
